Again and again

The Rego Collective has evolved from project ReGo, founded in 2021 by London College of Fashion, UAL (LCF) in partnership with Catalyst in Communities, and with support from Foundation for Future London. The ReGo Collective is a design activism initiative that leverages the power of fashion, co-creation, and storytelling to address social issues and enables educational and employment opportunities for young people, initially in the East London boroughs of Waltham Forest, Newham, Hackney and Tower Hamlets, and with the potential to be scaled out elsewhere.

The 3 Pillars of ReGo

1

Training

ReGo goes beyond fashion by incorporating a vital training component. Through specialised workshops, we equip young individuals with essential fashion skills, empowering them to contribute meaningfully into fashion.

2

Coaching

ReGo is more than just style – it’s about personal growth, and our dedicated mindset coaching empowers young minds, nurturing confidence, resilience and a strong sense of purpose as they navigate their journeys.

3

Employment

Our focus on employability means equipping young individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry, fostering a new generation of confident young creatives.
